The studio was spacious, with a nice kitchenette. The shower was quite small and uncomfortable.

Had good 4 nights in this hotel that's why I thoroughly enjoyed that. Welcoming staff at night shift, had a very nice attitude. Marvellous location walk from a tram station, that was handy. Everything was simply second to none.

We stayed here for one night while exploring Florence. The apartment was spacious and clean. I appreciated having a kitchenette since we could heat up snacks and drinks, and the nearby tram stop made it easy to get to the city center quickly. It was a bit further from the train station than we expected, and there wasn't much nearby in terms of dining options.

The kitchen amenities come with high usage fees!!! Daily housekeeping could be more frequent than every three days!!! Navigating parking availability needs improved clarity on the website!!!

Difficult room entrance but fabulous design and location!

The space was really clean and the room layout reminded me of home. Loved having a kitchenette to prepare simple meals, and it included quality cooking utensils, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The nearby tram station, just a short walk away, made commuting to the city center easy. Staff were helpful, especially at check-in, providing great recommendations for local dining options. I enjoyed the local bakery and found plenty of eateries within a couple of minutes' walk. The kitchen usage fees were a bit frustrating. I didn't expect to incur extra costs for just wanting to cook breakfast. Some noise came from common areas at times, which could be distracting, especially in the mornings. Parking was initially unclear, but they did have availability for a small fee.

Located in a quieter neighborhood with easy access to local dining options, the apartment was spacious and clean, complete with a kitchenette for convenience. Loved the thoughtful addition of regional jams for breakfast. There was only one cleaning service every three days, and the laundry service was limited, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. The outside terrace could use more seating during busy hours.

The kitchen in the room was super useful for our family of five, great to prepare snacks for our kids. Located in a peaceful neighborhood yet just a short walk from public transport made exploring Florence easy and fun.

For dads, it would be great if parking was clearer.

A strong match for a little getaway in Florence with solid value for the price. The cozy decor and nearby parking made our stay very convenient. Make sure to use public transport for easy city access.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was unreliable and didn't work consistently .

staying here was a joy with its convenience to nearby parks and attractions, just a short walk to the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the vibrant Mercato Centrale, where I enjoyed sampling local delicacies and soaking up the lively atmosphere while strolling through the city.

The place is nice, and has great amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a tv. I remember how the staff helped return my forgotten jewelry. I recommend you try their laundry service for convenience. I'm coming back for a new year!
